いよいよ来週月曜日、１月２４日から海星中学校一般入学試験Ⅱの出願が始まります。
来年度へ向けた最後の入試になります。
受験生の皆様が、万全の体調で試験に臨むことができますように、心からお祈り申し上げます。
Dungeons and Dragons
For my final elective class for Junior High School, I’m taking a break from teaching Eiken to introduce a small number of students to my favorite hobby.
The first role-playing game, Dungeons and Dragons.
Students must listen to the situation that I present in English, then express what they want to try to do to solve any problems that emerge while they explore this fantasy world.
Dungeons and Dragons has a lot of rules, so we spent most of the first lesson discussing the rules of the game and how it’s played, as well as familiarizing the students with their characters.
From our next lesson the students will stride into the real challenge: listening to the story and expressing what they want to do in English.
I hope they have some fun while facing these challenges over the next few weeks.
